Update (16 Nov) Mike insists that it was an electrical problem. I agree. He caused it.. The last photo shows my original power switch (had it since mid/ late 2019) had no cracks. The 2nd to the 5th photos shows clearly the frontal of the power switch has cracks all over, after the installation of the new unit. The first photo shows my brand new powers switch. The pipes of the new unit have been cut too long and were forced into position and end up damaging the power switch. (Photos don't lie) Mike you should be responsible for this electrical bill don't you think? -------------- Mike came to install an infinity hotwater unit 3 months and 3 days ago. Two days ago I had no hotwater for the first time. I went to the backyard to switch off and on the unit and it started running. Then last night it happened again but this time, I noticed water on the power switch, and we have had no rain, the ground was dry. Contacted Mike, he said he will come over but I will have to pay(?) If there was water on the power switch, there could be a leak in the unit (I am not the professional) but because it has been more than A FEW DAYS since the installation, he was not prepared to stand behind his work? So I should not expect any plumbing work to last for more than a few months? Come on now.

A year ago I had my bathroom renovated and Mike did the plumbing work (basin taps, install the new hot water cylinder, pipes, shower mixer and head, toilet etc). I highly recommend Mike, he was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions, he was efficient In communication and doing the work, and had a high quality workmanship. One year later, everything is still perfect. Thanks!
